AI Quality Assurance Engineer

As an AI Software Engineer for the Quality Assurance Department, you will be working on internal tool development with a focus on AI tools and automated testing. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure to improve QA's ability to detect problems, as well as collecting and using data to sharpen QA's focus on identifying customer issues before they are released. It also involves shaping the automation framework's features and SOLIDWORKS cloud products.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QA department in developing AI tools to make the department more efficient, including using AI agents to create and enhance manual test plans.
• Develop additional AI tools to facilitate converting manual test plans to automated tests.
• Enhance current AI tools for reviewing automated test results to speed up failure diagnosis and bug conversion.
• Identify and implement solutions such as websites, tools, agents, and databases to improve department efficiency.
• Strive to improve product quality through continuous quality improvement of the SOLIDWORKS brand using AI.
• Provide automated solutions for teams within the Quality Assurance department.
• Deliver with a high level of quality, stability, and performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science.
• Fundamental knowledge of AI and/or Machine Learning with a focus on deploying agents.
• Strong programming skills in C# or Java.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with CI tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience in working with Machine Learning.
• Experience in working with test frameworks and API testing.
• Knowledge of SCM tools like GIT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
