Role Overview
As a Cloud Infrastructure Operations Engineer (DevOps), you will help power the next generation of healthcare technology by building and operating resilient, secure, and intelligent cloud platforms. You will work with modern infrastructure, automation, containers, orchestration, and AI-enabled engineering practices to accelerate innovation, improve reliability, and support solutions that shape the future of healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and evolve cloud-native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, modern scripting, and policy-driven automation.
- Build and support container-based platforms and orchestration capabilities.
- Strengthen platform reliability through observability, proactive monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Apply security-by-design practices across cloud and enterprise infrastructure.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams to leverage AI-assisted engineering tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps roles.
- 3 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms or cloud services in production.
- 3 years of experience with platform administration, system integrations, or service reliability.
- 2 years of automation experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- 1 year of experience troubleshooting infrastructure integrations, APIs, and connectivity issues.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and monitoring/logging tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NetApp storage platforms or SnapCenter.
- Experience with backup governance, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
- Experience with security and access control tooling such as Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, or ZScaler.
