AI Developer/GEN AI Engineer/AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade AI-powered agents using Moveworks Agent Studio. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI, MCP frameworks, chatbot development, enterprise integrations, and Python, with a passion for building scalable and intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents using Moveworks Agent Studio.
• Configure and manage the Moveworks platform, including setup, ingestion, plugins, and integrations.
• Build intelligent chatbot solutions using Agentic AI, MCP, and A2A architectures.
• Develop AI agent logic and custom integrations using Python.
• Design effective prompts and conversational workflows for AI agents.
• Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, OAuth, and SAML.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for AI-driven applications.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.
• Implement best practices for conversational AI, prompt engineering, and system integration.
• Identify opportunities to improve enterprise automation using AI technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in AI Development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience building enterprise chatbot solutions.
• Strong knowledge of A2A communication and AI agent architectures.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OAuth, and SAML.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI execution flows.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow and Now Assist.
• Knowledge of ITSM Automation.
• ServiceNow development experience (Glide Scripting, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow orchestration.
• Experience supporting and maintaining production-grade AI or chatbot platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance and scalable AI deployments.
