GEN AI Engineer

Role Overview

Sopra Steria is a major Tech player in Europe, providing end-to-end solutions to drive digital transformation. We are seeking a GEN AI Engineer to design, build, and train ML/deep learning models and develop cutting-edge GenAI applications to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and train ML/deep learning models for business problems
• Build GenAI applications including fine-tuning foundation models (LLMs, CV, or NLP), RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems
• Clean and optimize data (structured & unstructured) for training pipelines
• Integrate AI features into products, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and PMs

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field
• Strong Python proficiency
• Deep experience with ML/AI frameworks
• Hands-on experience with GenAI orchestration tools like LangChain
• Cloud deployment experience with AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI
• Expertise in LLMs, Agentic Flows, RAG, Embeddings, and GCP

Nice to Have

• OpenShift or containerization experience
• Open-source AI contributions or ML publications
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain
