Full Stack Developer / Automation / Integration Engineer – Capital Markets & Asset Management

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer / Automation / Integration Engineer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in Capital Markets or Asset Management. The ideal candidate will develop automation solutions, build system integrations, and streamline investment operations across trade processing, settlement, and corporate actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions to optimize Asset Management and Investment Operations workflows.
• Automate Corporate Actions processing using SWIFT (MT5xx) messages for dividends, interest payments, redemptions, and reorganizations.
• Build trade confirmation and post-trade integration solutions with DTCC for Corporate Bonds and Asset-Backed Securities.
• Enhance trade settlement processes through SWIFT-based integrations with Custodian Banks.
• Design and implement approval workflows with configurable authorization and payment thresholds.
• Generate electronically signed PDF documents for secure transfer of securities and funds while ensuring Trust compliance.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integration services using XML, JSON, and file-based interfaces.
• Optimize database queries and ensure high-performance SQL operations.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Python experience is mandatory.
• Mandatory domain experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management, Investment Operations, or Custody Services.
• Knowledge of Trade Lifecycle (Confirmation, Settlement, and Reconciliation), Corporate Bonds, and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Gurugram with shift timings of 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
