Role Overview
Sowaka serves as an employee engagement partner for some of the fastest growing companies in the country. We are looking for smart and high agency Full-Stack Developer Interns to work on our engagement platform and people management tool, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Building product features for our engagement platform
- Shipping fast with a strong focus on usability and scale
- Working closely with the team on product and technical decisions
- Helping shape a product from an early stage
Requirements
- Strong Flutter experience
- Ability to develop fast without losing care for quality
- Comfortable building scalable tech that can grow with the product
