Backend Engineering Intern - Python

Role Overview

We're looking for a Backend Engineering Intern who is excited about building AI-powered applications, backend systems, and intelligent automations. You'll work on real products using modern AI tools and backend technologies, helping build scalable systems that solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Develop AI-powered features and workflows.
• Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into production applications.
• Create intelligent automations using AI agents and workflow tools.
• Design and optimize databases.
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS EC2.
• Debug, test, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to ship features quickly.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Python.
• Basic understanding of Django and/or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs.
• Interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI automation.
• Basic Linux and AWS EC2 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools, LangChain, n8n, MCP, or AI APIs is a bonus.
