MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team and help develop robust, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have exactly 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement engaging user interfaces with React.js.
• Write reusable, efficient, and testable backend code using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate and manage NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development.

Requirements

• Only candidates with exactly 3 years of experience will be considered.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and front-end development with React.js.
• Strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Comfortable using Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
