AI / ML Engineer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning models.
• Fine-tune transformer-based architectures on proprietary enterprise domain data.
• Utilize document OCR processing tools and PDF parsing frameworks.
• Perform rigorous model evaluation using statistical sampling and error analysis.

Requirements

• 4 – 7 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning model development.
• Fluency in Python and main ML packages.
• Practical experience fine-tuning transformer-based architectures.
• Solid working knowledge of document OCR processing tools and PDF parsing frameworks.
• Rigorous understanding of model evaluation metrics, statistical sampling, and error analysis.
