Engineering Tech Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engg. Analyst to join our dynamic DLT team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our projects meet client requirements and comply with industry standards, Agile methodologies, and practices. The role involves working with JSON, XML, SQL, and API design, with a focus on payments, account statements, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on emerging blockchain trends, protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger), and regulatory frameworks.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications and detailed stories.
• Implement and advocate for Agile methodologies within the team.
• Utilize JSON and XML for data interchange and execute SQL queries for data analysis.
• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, DevOps, QA) through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Provide thought leadership on product improvisation and work with Product Owners to derive product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of DLT applications such as RWA tokenization and Cross-Border Payments.
• Knowledge of cryptographic primitives including public/private key infrastructure and digital signatures.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SDLC practices, Agile delivery, and Git-based version control.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
