Python / Django Developer (Backend) — 1-3 Years

Role Overview

We are hiring skilled Python and Django developers who can write clean, working code and solve problems on their own. We are building a team ready for modern, AI-native development, looking for developers open to learning AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build backend systems using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Write clean, working, and scalable code and manage REST APIs.
• Write and run automated tests and fix/improve existing systems.
• Add security and help protect user data.
• Contribute to application structure, design, and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide technical solutions.
• Integrate innovative ideas, including AI tools, into the development workflow.
• Design application architecture and lead development teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Python and Django.
• Knowledge of Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Fluency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Proficiency with Git and Linux command line.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Redis, Celery, and task queues.
• Understanding of OAuth2 and JWT.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
