Diploma Engineer Trainee/ Graduate Engineer Trainee[Documentation]

Role Overview

Statcon Powtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated Diploma Engineer Trainees (Documentation) to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and an interest in engineering documentation.

Please Note: This is not just a backend documentation role. It is a technical position that involves working closely with the Design, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to prepare, update, and maintain technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify circuit diagrams and panel General Arrangement (GA) drawings using engineering software based on inputs from the Design & Engineering team.
• Create and update Bills of Materials (BOM) using the ERP system.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with the Production and Quality Control teams to ensure drawings and documentation meet technical and manufacturing requirements.
• Implement corrections and revisions in drawings and documentation based on feedback from Production and Quality Control.
• Maintain accurate engineering records and documentation as per company standards.
• Support the Engineering team in ensuring timely release and revision of technical documents.

Requirements

• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and engineering documentation processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
