Job Description
Role Overview
Tower Research Capital is a technology-driven quantitative trading powerhouse focusing on Low-Latency Engineering. The Core Engineering Intern position involves working on the bedrock of trading infrastructure, including execution engines, risk management systems, and market data handlers, utilizing C++ codebases optimized for high-performance computing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with trading teams to build and improve low-latency trading software.
- Optimizing existing infrastructure to handle massive data throughput with minimal delay.
- Implementing automated testing frameworks for mission-critical financial systems.
- Analyzing system performance and identifying bottlenecks in the hardware/software interface.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mathematics & Computing, or a related technical field (2026/2027 batch).
- Strong academic record (Min 8.0 CGPA or equivalent).
- Proficiency in C++, Java, or Python is mandatory.
