Role Overview
Backend office and customer handling role at an ecommerce company based in Cantonment, Tiruchirapalli. We are looking for staff who are willing to grow and want to take ownership of their roles.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic system work and backend office operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and communications.
- Manage data using spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to work in person in Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
- Availability for full-time, permanent work from Monday to Saturday (9 am to 6:15 pm).
