Full Stack Website Developer (React / Next.js / Python)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Website Developer who can build, optimize, and maintain high-performance websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, Python-based backend development, database management, and scalable web architecture.

You will work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to develop secure, responsive, and SEO-friendly digital experiences while ensuring excellent performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Build modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop scalable backend APIs and applications using Python, Django, and Flask.
• Design and manage relational databases using MySQL.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO structure, and overall performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRMs, and other external services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Ensure website security, data protection, backups, and server stability.
• Manage hosting environments, deployment pipelines, domains, and SSL configurations.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.

Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Website Development.
• Proven experience delivering production-ready web applications.
• Strong portfolio of websites or web applications developed using React, Next.js, and Python frameworks.
