Intern - Solution Engineer

Role Overview

As a Solution Engineering Intern, you'll be the bridge between our products, our customers, and our Sales team. You'll work closely with experienced Solution Engineers and Account Executives to understand customer challenges, showcase how our products solve real business problems, and help organizations make informed technology decisions.

Responsibilities

• Learn the SurveySparrow product ecosystem, including SurveySparrow, ThriveSparrow, SparrowDesk, and SparrowCRM.
• Understand customer business goals, uncover pain points, and gather requirements through discovery conversations.
• Assist in preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support technical discussions by helping customers understand product capabilities, integrations, and implementation approaches.
• Configure and customize demo environments to showcase relevant use cases.
• Research customer industries, business processes, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to design solutions.
• Create and maintain presentations, demo scripts, solution documentation, and battle cards.
• Stay up to date with product releases, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Electronics, Business Analytics, BCA, MCA, MBA, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present ideas and explain complex concepts.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work well in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
