Agentic AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an Agentic AI Developer to build intelligent AI agents that automate business processes across multiple departments. You will develop AI-powered systems that integrate with APIs, execute multi-step workflows, collaborate with other agents, and streamline internal operations without relying on third-party agent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI agents for business automation.
• Develop AI workflows using LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, databases, webhooks, and internal tools.
• Build tool/function calling architectures using modern LLM APIs.
• Implement memory, context management, and RAG-based solutions.
• Create reusable AI components for rapid deployment.
• Monitor, optimise, and debug AI workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to automate internal operations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience developing AI-powered applications.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, PydanticAI, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Git.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Familiarity with API authentication (OAuth, JWT, API Keys).

Nice to Have

• Shopify API integration.
• Docker, Redis, Celery, AWS/GCP/Azure.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) knowledge.
• Browser automation using Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience building production-grade AI products and multi-agent systems.
