Full-Stack Developer – Internal Tools & API Development

Role Overview

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer to develop internal software applications, business management tools, dashboards, workflow systems, and API-driven platforms. This is a hands-on development role for someone who can take a requirement, understand the business need, design the technical solution, develop it, test it, and take ownership until completion. We are particularly interested in developers who understand reusable architecture and can build common services and components that can be used across multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete web applications across frontend and backend using React, Python, or Node.js.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, handling authentication, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database tables, relationships, and SQL queries.
• Create reusable UI components and modular architecture to avoid code duplication.
• Test, debug, deploy, and maintain internal business management applications and automation tools.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of practical software development experience.
• Strong understanding of full-stack web development and frontend component architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Python and/or Node.js.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
