QA Tester

Role Overview

Synergetic Shipping Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to deliver innovative maritime technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in software testing, development, and networking, ensuring high-quality, reliable software for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, API Testing, and Database Testing.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis to isolate issues.
• Collaborate with development teams for effective issue resolution.
• Identify edge cases and potential quality risks.
• Maintain accurate testing and defect documentation.
• Use AI tools to improve testing, debugging, test design, and documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing and QA fundamentals.
• Good understanding of Software Development and Networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience in API Testing and Database Testing.
• Strong Test Case Design skills.
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Automation Testing.
• Knowledge of Python with Playwright.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
