AI Developer – Fresher

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Developer (Fresher) to join our growing technology team at NXL Technologies. This role is ideal for recent graduates who have a strong foundation in Python, machine learning, deep learning, data processing, and generative AI concepts through academic projects, internships, certifications, or personal work. You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers to build, test, and improve AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions
• Support data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis
• Build and train basic machine learning and deep learning models under guidance
• Contribute to generative AI applications using LLMs and AI APIs
• Assist in building chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation workflows
• Create and evaluate prompts for LLM-based applications
• Support REST API development and integration using FastAPI or Flask
• Assist in implementing embeddings, semantic search, and RAG workflows
• Evaluate model performance including accuracy and reliability
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented Python code

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Good programming knowledge in Python
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation
• Exposure to frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
• Basic understanding of generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering
• Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals
• Familiarity with Git and version control
