Software Developer (Full Stack Developer) – Client Solutions & Support

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Software Developer with strong Full Stack experience to join our team at Xpandretail. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-level retail analytics and business intelligence solutions. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand reported issues, business requirements, and enhancement requests.
• Analyze and identify the root cause of technical and functional issues.
• Provide effective, scalable, and business-oriented solutions based on client requirements.
• Participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications built using the MEAN Stack.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and successful project delivery.
• Explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practices to improve product quality and performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry-level experience.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good understanding in handling AWS resources and deployment for web applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on enterprise web applications.
• Exposure to customer-facing roles and direct client interactions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, database design, and system integration.
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues and providing technical support.
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge in managing hosting environments, including AWS services.
