Role Overview
Oracle is seeking a motivated Backend Engineer (Mid Level) to join our product modernization team under a staff augmentation model. Working under Oracle's direct architectural oversight, you will build out the core middleware layer connecting Microsoft 365 environments to enterprise intelligence platforms. Your work will centralize on executing the Graph API Sync Layer, writing the Admin Backend configuration services, managing the API Gateway layout, and providing data connectivity hooks to power a proactive Agentic AI Orchestrator.
Responsibilities
- Develop a timer-triggered server-side backend service providing bidirectional synchronization between Siebel CRM and Microsoft Outlook Tasks via the Microsoft Graph Tasks API.
- Implement tenant-level detection to manage connectivity across legacy Exchange Tasks endpoints and modern Microsoft To Do APIs.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Graph subscription models, webhooks, delta queries, and event change notifications.
- Deliver programmatic foundations for administrative configuration dashboards, including conflict resolution policies and custom schema maps.
- Support the Agentic AI Orchestrator by exposing data definitions via a Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework.
- Manage delegated token flows using Nested App Authentication (NAA) and establish offline retry queues.
Requirements
- Solid backend software engineering experience using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Deep hands-on proficiency with the Microsoft Graph API framework.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and token lifecycle management.
- Comprehension of asynchronous processing, background workers, and queuing mechanisms.
- Experience with enterprise API integration patterns for LLM execution layers is highly preferred.
