Engineer - Global Network Services

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Linux, Windows Server administration, GitLab, and networking. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and be capable of supporting server infrastructure, network devices, and DevOps tools while ensuring high system availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Ubuntu, RHEL, and CentOS.
• Support GitLab administration, repository management, and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking issues including Routing, Switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and NAT.
• Support Firewall administration, including policy creation and security rule implementation.
• Diagnose connectivity issues using tools such as tcpdump, netstat, and Wireshark.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitLab.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and Load Balancing.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools like SSH, Wireshark, and traceroute.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
