Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to identify and implement automation solutions across IT operations, service management, infrastructure, and business processes. This role requires strong scripting skills and experience with workflow orchestration platforms to build robust, reusable automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across IT operations, service management, infrastructure, and business processes.
• Develop automation workflows using scripting and orchestration tools like Ansible, Terraform, Tines, or any other orchestration platform.
• Integrate automation solutions with ITSM, monitoring, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
• Automate incident resolution, service requests, provisioning, monitoring, and reporting processes.
• Build reusable automation frameworks and self-healing capabilities.
• Apply Python ML concepts and AI concepts for Agentic AI agents.

Requirements

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash, including libraries like Pandas.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and automation platforms (e.g., Tines, ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power Automate, Manage Engine, NexThink Ansible).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, API integration (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and API authentication (OAuth, API Keys, Token-based authentication).
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with cloud databases such as Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS, or Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with automation tools for database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING.
