Job Description
A Back Office Executive is a professional who handles the administrative, operational, and support tasks of an organization. Unlike front-office staff who interact directly with customers, back-office executives work behind the scenes to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Preparing reports and documents
- Managing databases and files
- Processing invoices, payments, and transactions
- Coordinating with different departments
- Handling emails and internal communication
- Maintaining office records and compliance documents
- Supporting HR, finance, or operations teams

Qualifications
