Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on System Administrator / DevOps Engineer who can manage the complete IT infrastructure — from hardware and networking to servers, cloud, and deployments. This role requires someone practical, proactive, and capable of handling both office IT operations and modern DevOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and fix hardware issues such as RAM, HDD/SSD, and motherboards
• Manage office IT infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
• Manage Windows & Linux servers and systems
• Handle user access control, permissions, and system security
• Configure and manage LAN/WAN networks, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in System Admin, IT Support, or DevOps
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system management
• Experience with Linux & Windows environments
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
