Web Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for Web Developers with 2–4 years of experience in web application development who are passionate about software engineering, continuous learning, and AI-assisted development. You will receive structured training in ColdFusion and our engineering practices, with the goal of becoming project and client-ready within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP or Python.
• Build responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code following OOP principles.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications, including legacy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity while ensuring correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve technical and engineering skills.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP or Python.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Good SQL knowledge with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Proven experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf).
• Ability to critically review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Laravel, Django, or Flask.
• Exposure to React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts, Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.
