AR and VR QA Engineer

Role Overview

Techwurkz is hiring an experienced QA Engineer for a leading global technology organization. This role is focused on AR/VR, mobile devices, hardware, and cross-platform experiences, requiring a professional with 4+ years of experience to work from the Bengaluru office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing across AR/VR applications and devices.
• Identify, isolate, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Validate user interfaces for functionality and design compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical architecture and feature implementation.
• Support testing across multiple platforms, devices, and environments.
• Manage test hardware and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Quality Assurance / Software Testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing, defect management, and debugging.
• Experience testing AR/VR, mobile applications, devices, or hardware is highly preferred.
• Programming/scripting experience in C/C++, Java, or Python.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix or Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and cross-platform testing.
• Ability to define test requirements, test scenarios, and quality metrics.
