Site Reliability Engineer

Role Overview

Thales is a global technology leader working on critical challenges in aerospace, cybersecurity, and digital identity. As a Software DevOps Engineer, you will handle applications from A to Z, encompassing development, automated testing, deployment, live monitoring, and incident management within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team meetings and recurring Agile events.
• Regularly deliver and deploy application increments to project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain CI/CDD pipelines.
• Ensure applications run in nominal conditions and configure appropriate alerting thresholds.
• Monitor end-user interaction with new features.
• React quickly to production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and grow with the latest technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience working within Agile or DevOps teams.
• Deep knowledge of container development and orchestration.
• Familiarity with automation, industrialization methods, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with application monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
