Job Description
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our aerospace collaboration platform. Your expertise in Ruby and JavaScript will be key to architecting and implementing robust, scalable solutions across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with the CTO to drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Ruby, Go, Rust, and JavaScript.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and secure systems.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to solve customer needs and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Expertise in Rust, Ruby, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript.
- Proven experience in full stack development, including both front-end and back-end aspects with SQL.
- Strong understanding of how to use AI/Machine Learning to solve real-world problems.
- A quality-focused mindset with the ability to build durable, long-term technology solutions.
