Software Engineer

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer at The Agentic Loop, you will design, build, and maintain software systems that support AI-driven content, tools, and learning experiences. You will work on back-end services and APIs, integrate AI models into production workflows, and ensure systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. This is a full-time, remote role, offering flexibility to work from any location while collaborating closely with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with content and product team members.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions.
• Improve internal tooling, automate workflows, and monitor performance.
• Integrate AI models into production workflows.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs and working with databases.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML and deploying models into production.
• Familiarity with Git, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in startups, developer tools, or educational/learning platforms.
