Telecaller & Backend Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller & Backend Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day backend operations.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records.
• Perform data entry and backend administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow management.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to multitask and manage records efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
