Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented **QA Tester & Application Support Engineer** to ensure the quality, reliability, and smooth operation of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manual and automated testing, identifying and reporting defects, supporting end users, performing root cause analysis, managing issue resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

• Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and system documentation.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Validate new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations.
• Perform regression, smoke, sanity, integration, functional, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
• Verify fixes and ensure defects are resolved before release.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure production stability.
