Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Data & Customer Service professional for a 1-year engagement, starting with a 6-month internship followed by a permanent position. This is a remote role requiring immediate joining.
Responsibilities
- Data handling & backend updates
- Customer support via email, WhatsApp, and calls
- Coordination with internal teams
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets & Google Docs
- Self-motivated & reliable
- Availability for full-time work (10 AM to 7 PM)
- Must possess a laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection
