Android Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Android app development, a solid understanding of mobile application architecture, and the ability to deliver scalable, user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications.
• Build clean, efficient, and reusable code using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.
• Stay up to date with Android SDK updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in Android application development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with Android Studio, Android SDK, and Jetpack libraries.
• Good understanding of MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of SQLite, Room Database, and Firebase.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of Material Design principles.
