Job Description
Role Overview
Toolqit is rebuilding the IT operating center from scratch, AI-native. We are looking for a founding engineer in India to own product surfaces end to end, from data models and backend to the user interface. You will be a design-first engineer who prioritizes customer feedback and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own product surfaces end to end, including data models, backend, and interface.
- Engage directly with users to observe how they use the product and iterate quickly.
- Build and scale the engineering team and culture in India.
- Drive product development based on real-world technician workflows.
Requirements
- 0 to 5 years of experience.
- High agency with a low ego.
- A design-first mindset focused on user adoption.
- Ability to work in person.
- Proven track record of building impactful projects.
