AI Product Engineer - Internship

Role Overview

AI Product Engineer internship at Rooman Technologies focused on building and deploying AI-powered product features and workflows. The role combines frontend, backend, LLM, and cloud deployment work in an in-office internship format in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications and product features
• Integrate GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other LLMs into production workflows
• Develop AI agents, autonomous workflows, and RAG pipelines
• Build and consume REST APIs
• Develop frontend using React.js, Angular, or similar
• Build backend services using Python
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Vector Databases
• Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and CI/CD
• Collaborate in Agile teams
• Perform testing, debugging, and code reviews
• Maintain documentation

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) welcome
• Available for full-time in-office internship for 3 months
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Basic knowledge of React.js
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control
• Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Educational background in B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., or M.Sc.
