Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position based in India (Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, or Bangalore). The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or technical lead role, and ideally hails from a Tier 1 institution such as IIT, NIT, or IIIT.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, secure, full-stack solutions in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary AI or digital product teams.
- Mentor peers and maintain a commitment to clean code and engineering excellence.
- Solve complex problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years in a senior or technical lead role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record with scalable enterprise/SaaS solutions.
