Rect-Web Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled React Web Developer to build and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. You will own outcomes end-to-end with a small, senior team that ships fast, translating ambiguous problems into clear, measurable, shippable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues
• Ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Partner with cross-functional leads across product, engineering, and operations
• Mentor teammates and raise the bar on quality, velocity, and craft

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI
• Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or state management libraries
• Experience with REST API integration
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Basic knowledge of Node.js/npm
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in React web development (Freshers with strong projects welcome)
