Operations & AI Initiative Intern

Role Overview

The Operations & AI Initiative Intern serves as a junior AI product and use-case analyst, acting as a business-quality control function. This role supports the company's transition to an AI-agentic operating model by decomposing, documenting, testing, and automating operational workflows through AI agents, ensuring automation aligns with real-world business needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to document current workflows and conduct stakeholder interviews.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation of AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Serve as a business translator between operations teams and AI agent builders.
• Prioritize use cases based on automation feasibility, data availability, and operational value.
• Evaluate processes against future-state criteria including scalability, cost, and quality.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or operational transformation.
