AI-First Full-Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are building a small team of ambitious engineers in Bangalore to explore how much a talented, AI-first development team can accomplish. You will work on AI optimization loops, advertising intelligence, and edge AI products, ranging from rebuilding travel platforms to AI-driven automation and analytics. This is an in-person role in Bangalore working directly with an American founder in a fast-moving, low-hierarchy environment.

Responsibilities

• Build products and AI optimization loops that learn from real-world outcomes.
• Develop AI-driven advertising optimization, automation, and analytics.
• Work on standalone AI products including large-scale advertising intelligence and edge AI.
• Use AI development tools like Claude Code and Cursor aggressively to accelerate development.
• Take product ideas from concept to market-ready status.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of real development experience.
• Strong software fundamentals and experience building modern full-stack applications.
• Ability to work independently without detailed instructions.
• A product-focused mindset rather than just a code-focused one.
• Genuine interest in AI and AI-assisted development.
• Ability to participate in a fully paid one-week build as part of the hiring process.
