Wordpress Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Web Developer with hands-on experience in WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce websites, translating UI/UX wireframes into functional, visually appealing web solutions. The role includes front-end and back-end development, theme and app customization, and optimizing sites for performance and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites on WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify platforms.
• Develop and customize WordPress plugins based on client requirements using PHP and WordPress coding standards.
• Create WooCommerce-compatible functionality snippets.
• Build custom post types, widgets, shortcodes, and custom elements for page builders.
• Utilize MySQL and WordPress global variables.
• Customize and integrate themes and plugins, including custom Shopify sections using Liquid.
• Convert UI/UX wireframes into responsive, interactive web pages.
• Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and SEO.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with WordPress Core and Shopify theme development.
• Experience with Shopify APIs, JSON, and Liquid.
• Basic understanding of SEO and image-editing tools like Photoshop.
• Ability to work with AI-powered platforms.
