Full Stack Developer / Automation / Integration Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer / Automation / Integration Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to join our team in the Capital Markets & Asset Management domain. This role focuses on developing automation solutions, system integrations, and managing financial messaging workflows in a hybrid work environment based in Gurugram.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions for Asset Management & Investment Operations workflows.
• Automate Corporate Actions using SWIFT MT5xx messages.
• Build trade confirmation and post-trade integration solutions with DTCC.
• Enhance trade settlement through SWIFT-based Custodian Bank integrations.
• Design approval workflows with configurable authorization & payment thresholds.
• Generate electronically signed PDFs for secure securities/funds transfer while ensuring Trust compliance.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integration services.
• Optimize database queries and ensure high-performance SQL operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Python experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management, or Investment Operations.
• Experience in Full Stack Development, Automation, or System Integration.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT5xx financial messaging.
• Knowledge of DTCC trade confirmation & post-trade processing.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON & file-based integrations.
• Strong SQL and relational database expertise.
