Node.js Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Node.js, API development, databases and a good understanding of scalable backend applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Node.js-based backend applications.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with databases and optimize queries for performance.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Develop scalable, secure and high-performance backend solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Perform testing and ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of application performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in Node.js Development.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Good understanding of MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Basic understanding of authentication, authorization and API security.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced development environment.
