Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes.
- Work with containerization tools like Docker.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Ensure high availability and security of systems.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to streamline releases.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
Requirements
- 4–7 years in a DevOps or Platform Engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines and multi-environment release management.
- Cloud expertise across at least two of the following: AWS, GCP, Azure — with AWS being primary.
- Experience with security tooling (GuardDuty, IAM hardening, secrets rotation) and incident response.
- Comfort with cloud cost management — tagging strategies, billing reconciliation, and identifying untracked resource spend.
- Familiarity with database operations: RDS, MongoDB/DocumentDB snapshots, backup/restore, and monitoring.
- Strong incident debugging skills — reading logs, tracing failed builds, correlating CloudWatch alarms.
