Founding AI Platform Engineer

Role Overview

We are building AI-native systems to automate real estate operations, customer communication, and business workflows. We are looking for a Founding AI Platform Engineer to design and build the core AI infrastructure powering these products. This is a high-ownership engineering role, not a routine full-stack job.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent orchestration and execution flows
• Implement model routing based on cost, latency, and quality
• Design memory, context, and tool-calling systems
• Build real-time voice agents integrating STT, LLMs, and TTS pipelines
• Work with Twilio, WebRTC, or SIP systems
• Build scalable APIs using Node.js or Python
• Design multi-tenant SaaS architecture using PostgreSQL and Redis
• Optimize token usage, API costs, and pipeline latency

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with React and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini APIs
• Knowledge of RAG systems and vector databases
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD
• Experience with AWS or cloud deployment
