Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong expertise in Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust automation frameworks, implementing end-to-end test automation, and ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Develop automated test scripts for functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate UI functionality, responsiveness, accessibility, and user experience.
• Design and execute automated API tests for RESTful services using tools like Postman.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers and product owners.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
• Strong expertise in Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
