Job Description: Backend Development Executive (Java)About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Backend Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience to build scalable backend systems, develop secure REST APIs, manage databases, and integrate modern AI capabilities into applications. You'll work closely with frontend and mobile teams to deliver high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic into backend services.
• Manage and optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases.
• Debug, optimize, and ensure application security and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Git.
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Basic exposure to AI/LLM API integration is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or Vector Databases is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
