Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive who is highly proficient in data management and spreadsheet automation. The ideal candidate will handle backend data operations, reporting, and data analysis to support our core business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, clean, and organize datasets efficiently.
- Create complex tracking sheets, dashboards, and automated reports.
- Perform data analysis to provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with operations teams to streamline data flow.
Requirements:
- Must-Have: Mastery of Excel and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Validation, and complex formulas).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a backend operations or data analyst role is a plus.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
