Job Description: CAD Infrastructure Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to support CAD infrastructure projects, Unix server administration, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, scripting, version control, and AI-assisted development tools.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems including:

• Service management
• Log reading
• Command-line troubleshooting

Basic scripting skills in:

• Python
• Bash / Shell scripting

Knowledge of version control systems:

• Perforce
• GitHub
• Git or equivalent tools

Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as:

• Claude
• ChatGPT / Codex
• GitHub Copilot
• Similar AI coding assistants

(Used for generating scripts, troubleshooting issues, improving productivity, and workflow automation)

Understanding of application health monitoring and resource utilization concepts:

• Prometheus
• Grafana
• Similar monitoring tools *(preferred)*

Key Responsibilities:

Provide global Unix server administration support

Participate in CAD infrastructure projects

Develop automation solutions to improve design workflows

Support troubleshooting and optimization of infrastructure environments

Basic Qualifications:

BTech / MTech / BE / ME in:

• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Related technical fields

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
